Take your teaching to the next level with our 100hr Graduate Teacher Training
Deepen your skills, perfect your vocal and delivery techniques, discover the invisible structure for a successful class, discover FG founder Michele Pernetta's unique pose breakdown method, and improve your understanding of alignment and how to suggest corrections on the spot without disruption your class. Learn how to give injury modifications for a wider range of injuries and issues from our over 28 years of experience teaching hundreds of thousands of people.
The best of all worlds
Half live-online, half in person. Begin with live on line zoom sessions, then take our live immersion Intensive in the glory of the Tuscan hills with no distractions (except, nature, sun and swimming!) or take our convenient London Weekend Course.
Our 100hr Hybrid Graduate Course delivers the benefits of multi-style learning. The course offers self-study on our Course Portal, study our library of video tutorials in your own time, giving you the best opportunity to absorb the materials before putting them into practice during the intensive in-person module. Two in person zoom session on weds nights.

Immerse yourself in yoga theory, philosophy, and asana in gorgeous Tuscany or bustling London.
In our Tuscany immersion you will learn by the pool, on our sunset deck or covered yoga deck surrounded by trees and breeze. Between workshops take a swim or lie in the sun. Relax and study in the evenings with your fellow classmates or on one of the terraces overlooking the panoramic view. Immerse yourself, away from the distractions of your regular life, no commuting or cooking, and gain your yoga certification in the beauty of nature, fresh air, healthy fresh food, and great company. We will spoil you with wonderful food, and show you some of the delights of Tuscany on your time off.
- Start your course with our online portal library of video tutorials whenever you enrol
- Join our live weekend Zoom sessions starting at the end of March
- Practise the FG classes online, live, or recorded. Absorb, review, and study our materials, manuals, and workshops at your convenience.
- After the online module decamp to Villa Chimera (where we run our yoga retreats) for 10 full days of immersion OR take our London Live course across five weekends that run between end of May and beginning of July.
Teach in Fierce Grace studios around the world
In response to demand from certified yoga teachers from other styles, we created this 100-hour Graduate Teacher Training course. The course is for experienced Yoga Alliance Accredited (or equivalent) teachers with two years of teaching experience who wish to join the Fierce Grace team and teach in one of our international studios, or open their own.
Many teachers take their first 200hr course and do not feel equipped to teach in today's busy studios. We will help you take your teaching too the next level, with enhanced injury modification training, vocal training, pose breakdown practise, secrets of successful delivery and correcting and deep alignment understanding. Michele has 30 years experience and over 23 years in teacher training, support and coaching. Our team is passionate about helping you find your strengths and individual voice.
